Prices
All prices shown include all UK duty and VAT, but are subject to changes in such taxes.

Minimum Order
Minimum order is for 12 75 cl bottles (or 24 half bottles, 6 magnums etc), which can be mixed (minimum 2 bottles of any one wine in a mixed case).

Delivery
If you are concerned about any aspect of delivery please phone us on 01923 284436.Orders are normally delivered within 5 working days (delivery may take longer for Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland). Delivery is free within the UK for orders over £150.00. Orders under £150.00 will incur a charge of £6.50. Only one delivery address per order. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or UK National holidays.

Returns
On the rare occasions a wine is corked or faulty we will gladly offer a replacement or credit on the return of the bottle in question. Where a wine is not to your personal taste we will be happy to offer an alternative choice to replace any unopened wines returned. For any further information please contact us on 01923 284436.
Please inform the carriers of any breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. Claims for these are required by post, fax or e-mail within three working days of delivery.

Payment
We are happy to accept all major credit cards. Credit cards are always debited in UK pounds Sterling. Secure onine payment provided by Netbanx.

General
All wines and spirits are offered subject to availability and remain the property of Grapeland or its associates until payment is received in full.
We are a UK company and any dispute or claims that arise must be made and settled under UK law.
In the unlikely event that we have run out of an item on your order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement.
