Using the Grapeland E-commerce System:

You can select wines by using either the search page, or by browsing our catalogue arranged by country of origin. Use the flags at the top of each catalogue page to move between sections.

When you have selected a wine to purchase, click the 'Add to cart' button, and you will be taken through to a page where you can decide upon quantity. Type the number of bottles that you wish o purchase in the box. If you wish to return to the catalogue and continue browsing for more wines click the 'Confirm' button. If you wish to purchase immediately, click 'Check-out Now' to go through to the checkout section. If you wish to cancel your selection, click 'Cancel' to return to the catalogue to choose something else instead.

If at any time during your purchase you wish to check the contents of your shopping cart, or you wish to remove items from your cart, click the 'Shopping Cart' button. You will be shown a screen where you can edit or remove products from your cart. If you wish to entirely remove an item from your cart, click the 'Remove' button next to the item, other items will not be affected. If you wish to buy more or less of a particular item, click the 'Edit' button. You will then see a screen similar o the quantity screen described above, where the number of items can be set, click 'Confirm' to return to the catalogue.

When you have finished selecting products from the catalogue and you wish o complete your purchase, Click the 'Check out' button on the red bar at the top of every screen. You will then be asked to enter delivery details. Fill in all the boxes with your details, and click next on each screen. Before you enter your credit card details, you will be taken to Netbanx secure payment system. Your credit card details will be handled entirely by Netbanx, on their secure server. Enter all details as appropriate, and once your transaction has been authorised, you will be given the opportunity to print your receipt, and return to our catalogue.
